has started a comprehensive innovative project in the north-eastern region of Estonia for the complex phosphoric acid production with a phased transition to the use of raw materials (phosphates) for local mining and the creation of its own warehouse infrastructure for cargo transshipment in the industrial park of Aseri, which will achieve maximum profit and capitalization with access to Europe stock markets. The construction of an industrial complex is envisaged in the territory adjacent to the industrial park of Aseri.
Maximum use of the existing industrial buildings, structures, engineering and transport infrastructure in Aseri industrial park. The project provides the use of lump sulfur, purchased by import
On sulfuric acid plants, liquid, lump or granulated sulfur can be used.
For the production of sulfuric acid is supposed to use the sulfuric acid system of dual contact with double absorption (DKDA) and heat recovery absorption.
The main raw materials for the production of EPA are phosphate concentrate and sulfuric acid, which will come from the workshop for the production of sulfuric acid.
For the production of EPA project provides for the use of dihydrate (DH) method. The process allows to obtain an EPA with P2O5 content, with level 24% - 28%, it is characterized by a high technological yield of P2O5 in EPA and is implemented at relatively low temperatures: 75-85°C.
Concentration of EPA occurs on single-body vacuum evaporation plants.
Estimated production capacity at the rate of 330 working days per year:
tons per year / 93% sulfuric acid
tons per year / 85% EPA
